If your country is not listed, direct delivery is not currently supported.

To provide a seamless localized shopping experience for overseas consumers, the Vera Bradley international website typically collaborates with well-known global e-commerce and cross-border logistics service providers (such as Borderfree, EshopWorld, or Global-e, depending on the specific system integration). These partners will be fully responsible for your order processing, international freight, customs declaration, and import tax calculation.

II. Order Processing Time and Delivery Timeliness
Order Processing Time:

For all international orders, once they are successfully submitted and payment verification is completed, they usually require 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for warehouse picking, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for export customs clearance.

During peak promotion periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday sales, etc.), the order processing time may be extended by 2 to 4 working days. Please understand.

International Transportation Timeliness:

Once the order leaves the United States or the designated shipping warehouse, the specific international transportation time depends on the customs clearance speed at the destination and the delivery efficiency of local postal/express networks.

Standard International Delivery: It is usually expected to arrive within 7 to 14 working days after shipment.

Please note that the above timeliness is only an estimated time and does not exclude any extension of time due to unforeseen circumstances such as international flight delays, bad weather, customs inspections, etc.

III. Order Tracking and Logistics Inquiry
Tracking Number:

Once your order is packed and handed over to an international logistics carrier, you will receive an email containing a link to track the international shipping document.

You can also log in to your Vera Bradley international official account and view the real-time logistics status on the “My Orders” page.

Delay in Logistics Information Update:

Please note that the tracking information may temporarily show as “Not Updated” while the international logistics package is crossing borders, arriving in the destination country, and passing through local customs clearance. This is a normal phenomenon, and the scanning information will resume frequent updates after the package completes customs clearance and is handed over to the local delivery company (such as local postal service, DHL, FedEx, etc.).

IV. Handling Delivery Delays, Incorrect Addresses, and Unclaimed Packages
Responsibility for Address Accuracy:

Consumers must ensure the accuracy of the delivery address (including street, city, province/state, postal code, phone number, and email) when filling it out.

Once an international order is dispatched, it is usually not possible to change the delivery address halfway. If the package fails to be successfully delivered and is returned due to incorrect address, uncooperative phone number of the recipient, or refusal to cooperate with customs clearance, the original shipping cost and the customs duties prepaid at checkout may not be refunded, and additional return shipping costs may be incurred.

Customs Detention and Cooperation Obligations:

If the destination customs requires additional customs clearance documents (such as the recipient’s identification, purchase proof, or tax number), the recipient has the obligation to cooperate with the local customs or the logistics carrier to complete the customs clearance procedures. If the package is destroyed or returned due to the buyer’s refusal to cooperate with customs clearance, Vera Bradley will not be held responsible for any related losses.

V. International Return Policy:

We hope that you are satisfied with every Vera Bradley product. However, due to the complexity of cross-border logistics, international orders on international.verabradley.com usually do not directly support free returns or direct exchanges.

Unless the product itself has a quality defect (Defective Items) or is delivered incorrectly, international buyers who apply for a return usually need to bear the international shipping cost to send the product to the designated return address, and the original international shipping cost and customs duties prepaid at checkout are usually not refunded.

Return Process Guidance:

If you need to initiate an international return, please contact our customer service team through the international official website’s customer service center or the dedicated return page within the specified period (usually 30 days after shipment or receipt), to obtain specific return authorization (RMA) and return address instructions. Do not send the package back without contacting the customer service.
